If so, apply to join our talented employees. We are growing and have two Patient Access Specialist positions in our Multi-Specialty Clinics.
Southern Coos Hospital & Health Center has two openings for onsite Patient Access Specialists (PAS). The PAS is responsible for the registration of patients into the Hospital Information System. This includes providing an explanation of hospital policies, and payments for services, and answering routine patient inquiries. Both positions have a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
Skills, Knowledge, & Experience Requirements :
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One to two years of experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a drive to provide exceptional service.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication, and computer proficiency specifically, in Microsoft Office and online software.
This is a Full-Time onsite position that is eligible for benefits.
Employment with Southern Coos Hospital is contingent upon an acceptable pre-employment drug screening and background check.
