Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience in warehouse operations. This role involves various tasks related to shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and general warehouse task. The Laborer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse processes.
Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklift, to move packages and stock efficiently.
- Assist in order picking and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Support shipping and receiving activities by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against orders.
- Staging of freight shipments, both small parcel and LTL shipments.
- Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor to optimize workflow and address any operational challenges.

Qualifications
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Working tool knowledge of: Tape Measure; Miter Saw; table saw; industrial Strapping Tools.
- Experience working in a warehouse is a plus for efficient order processing.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes, including shipping, receiving, and order picking.
- Ability to operate a forklift safely and effectively within the warehouse environment.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment as well as independently.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
