```Duties```
- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and medical assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions
- Prescribe medications and other treatments based on patient needs
- Perform minor procedures, such as dermal fillers and phlebotomies
- Administer vaccinations and immunizations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures and promote healthy lifestyle choices
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records
```Qualifications```
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in GA
- Master's degree in Nursing with specialization as a Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in a medical office or clinical setting
- Proficient in performing various medical procedures, including spinal taps and phlebotomy
- Knowledge of primary care principles and practices across the lifespan
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Ability to triage patients effectively based on their condition and urgency of care needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and their families
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a healthcare team
- Experience working with EPIC electronic health records (EHR) systems is preferred
Note: Experience or knowledge in assisted living or clinical research is a plus.
