Job Opportunity: Full-Time Accounting Clerk
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL | Industry: Aviation Distribution
Join a dynamic and growing aviation parts distribution company in Fort Lauderdale! We are seeking a Full-Time Accounting Clerk to support our operations and financial team.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accounts receivable tasks to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.
- Conduct customer credit analysis to evaluate and manage credit risks.
- Maintain and analyze spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel (proficiency required).
- Assist with sales tax compliance, with knowledge of USA sales tax economic nexus being a significant advantage.
- Support general accounting functions and contribute to the efficiency of the department.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred).
- Experience with accounts receivable and credit analysis.
- Familiarity with USA sales tax economic nexus is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
