Job Opportunity: Part-Time Accounting Clerk
Location: Mesa, Arizona | Industry: Aviation Parts

We are a Fort Lauderdale-based company specializing in aviation parts distribution, and we are excited to expand our team with a Part-Time Accounting Clerk for our Mesa, Arizona office!

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Focus on accounts receivable tasks to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Manage and organize spreadsheets using Excel (proficiency required).
• Assist with sales tax-related tasks (knowledge of sales tax nexus is a plus).
• Perform general accounting and administrative duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions are a bonus).
• Knowledge or experience with sales tax nexus is advantageous.
• Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred, especially in accounts receivable.
• A team player with a proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
