What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Southern Cross Boat Works?
Create invoices and contracts, Create and collect signed contract, Create folder for each customer job, Check and investigate pending PO requests, Manage rental invoices, Collect sales tax certificates from customers for future remitting t the government.
Communicate with project managers about upcoming jobs and take down projects, process bank deposits and enter payments in QuickBooks.
Ensure that accounts receivables are collected promptly, prepare and make notes daily on A/R report, follow up, investigate, collect money from customers.
Update list of passwords and billing information needed, Check mailbox for bills and checks.
Supervise purchasing department and HR department. Communicate and advise project managers, Manage damage incidents, Collect and provide all reuiqred information to new marinas. Manage subcontractors T&M reports, invoices and PNL. Supervise on purchasing supplies and equipment, Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Advise and supervise on any phone/email issues.
