About the role and where you will be working :
In this role, you will be working closely with the People Services team and gain experience in interpreting Enterprise Agreements, Awards, and employment legislation. This is a great opportunity for a graduate with a passion and interest in Employment Law and Industrial Relations, or an experienced HR Admin.
This position is located in our central office in Rivervale with the option to work from home 1 or 2 days. This is a full-time permanent role.
Duties for this role may include the following :
- Collate relevant employment information to support analysis of terms and conditions
- Be curious and use initiative to help solve problems
- Read and understand our Enterprise Agreements and Awards
- Manage a varied and busy workload
- Work as part of a project team
- Coordinate HR inbox
- Assist with employee compliance records
