About the role and where you will be working :
We are currently looking for a full time Recruitment Advisor to join our team located in our central office in Rivervale. This is a flexible position with a mix of office and remote work (work from home).
This position is located in our central office in Rivervale with the option to work from home 1 or 2 days. This is a full time permanent role.
Duties for this role may include the following :
- Assist the People Services team with end to end recruitment process including : creating and posting job advertisements, managing candidate pipelines, conducting thorough interview screenings and references
- Implement appropriate sourcing strategies to target and build candidate pipelines
- Liaise with relevant universities to establish internship programs to attract talent
- Follow up onboarding documents
