We are seeking an experienced Regional Reimbursement Specialist to join our team. Candidates should be able to perform the essential responsibilities as well as meet the qualifications listed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Oversee the RAI process timely, for multiple facilities.
- Ability to teach / train the MDS process to newly hired MDS Coordinators
- Help and Understand the PDPM process
- Understand Quality Measures and Meeting QIPP components
- Report directly to the Regional Director of Operations
