Job Summary: The POS Manager will demonstrate strong operations of a Point-of-Sale system, ensuring smooth transactions, accurate inventory tracking, proficient analysis of sales data to drive business strategies, and efficient customer service within Southern Crown Partners policies and vision.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily maintenance and organization of POS product inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Act as the point of contact for the Sales and Marketing teams regarding the availability and readiness of POS materials for upcoming programs, events, and promotions.
- Manage the logistics of POS orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing, ensuring timely execution in line with program deadlines.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to anticipate POS material needs for upcoming campaigns, ensuring alignment with program goals.
- Conduct routine quality checks on stored inventory to ensure compliance with SCP warehousing standards and overall program needs.
- Oversee POS materials through the Encompass system, ensuring all stock information, orders, and reporting are accurately tracked and up to date.
- Collect and analyze data related to POS inventory and program needs to forecast future demands and adjust inventory accordingly.
- Respond to sales inquiries, process orders for pickup or shipment, and coordinate with management teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of POS materials.
- Prepare regular reports for leadership regarding inventory levels, program-specific materials, and any adjustments or challenges faced during execution.
- Identify and implement improvements to existing operational procedures to increase efficiency in POS management, from ordering to delivery.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment across all departments related to POS program execution.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate POS availability and program-specific needs with internal teams.
- Strong ability to manage inventory, analyze trends, and collaborate with leadership to ensure program success.
- Proficient in inventory tracking, program execution, and reporting to ensure accuracy and minimize disruptions.
- Ability to coordinate multiple moving parts, ensuring that POS materials are available and delivered on time for each program and event.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues related to POS availability, order fulfillment, or delivery, resolving them swiftly to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in working with cross-functional teams to manage POS needs, sales orders, and logistics.
- Forklift Ceritification: Required for efficient handling of inventory in the warehouse.

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma/ GED required.
- Minimum of one year of related experience in wholesale, warehousing, logistics, or related disciplines required.
- Experience working with inventory management software (preferably Encompass) and data entry (Excel preferred).
Physical Requirements:
- Administrative/Computer work 50%
- Walking, Bending, Lifting, and Twisting 50%
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
