Job Title: Set Coordinator I
Reports To: Key Accounts Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Classification: Full Time
Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for executing sets and resets in a geographic territory.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships and product placement for accounts.
- Responsible for strengthening and growing retailer relations.
- Accountable for customer satisfaction.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to sustain physical work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to find solutions and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Accountable for customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently.
- Possesses a valid driver's license in the state of residence while maintaining a good driving record.
- Intermediate computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
- Ability and willingness to obtain Space Planning Plus (SPP) certification.
Education/Experience:
- Prior merchandising and or reset experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Driving 20%
- Walking, standing, bending, lifting, and twisting 80%
