Job Title: Warehouse Forklift Operator
Reports To: Inbound Manager/Warehouse Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Classification: Full-time
Job Summary: The Forklift Operator accurately receives, ships, and unloads and loads products, locates, rotates stock and replenishes pick lines with inventory in the warehouse.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintaining computerized inventory control records over every product movement - receipts, shipments, transfers within the warehouse from one location to another, product returns, etc.
- Operating various pieces of warehouse equipment (Cherry Pickers, Forklifts, Clamp Pickers, Electric Floor jacks, etc.) to include daily maintenance. OSHA certified
- Accurately identifying and receiving cases of product into inventory locations, using various pieces of warehouse equipment, upon receipt from the supplier.
- Accurately pick, pack, palletize, wrap and tag special transfer orders.
- Returning undelivered cases to their proper inventory locations.
- Hand-stacking cases of product in a specific sequence and location on a delivery truck.
- Removing cases of product from delivery trucks.
- Moving and stacking cases for the purpose of conducting physical inventory.
- Assist in physical inventories and cycle counting as directed.
- Observes safe product handling techniques.
- Repacking bottles of product into special packages for special promotional programs.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance duties as directed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of how to arrange products and maintain slots and inventory in the inventory system utilizing the RF scanner.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment during 1st shift, Monday through Friday. Start and end times are subject to change and determined by workload.
- Punctual and dependable.

Education/Experience:
- High School graduate or GED.
- OSHA Certified preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Walking, standing, pushing, pulling, and lifting, frequently.
