Job Title: Warehouse Order Selector
Reports To: Outbound Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Classification: Full Time
Job Summary: The Warehouse Order Selector accurately picks cases of product to complete account
orders using proper lifting and pallet stacking techniques in conjunction with the conveyor lines.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Follow directions accurately, consistently, and safely.
- Accurately pick cases from bins with PTL lights on.
- Promptly push the button to reset PTL once cases are picked and loaded on conveyor.
- Responsible for clearing pallets from bins once they are empty to support replenishment.
- Consistently communicate with Replenisher on needs of given pick aisle.
- Keep the pick aisle clean throughout each shift.
- Clean assigned area at the end of shift.
- Assist other pick aisles as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Good communication skills both individually and within the Warehouse team.
- Represents SCP’s commitment to excellence through PARTNERS values.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment during the Outbound shift, Sunday through Thursday (9:45am-workload is completed.) Start and end times are subject to change and determined by workload.
- Punctual and dependable.
Education/Experience:
- High School graduate or GED.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds continuously.
- Walking, standing, pushing, pulling, and lifting, frequently.
