Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our dental practice. Pay is determined by experience. In this role, you will be key in guiding patients through implant-supported treatment options tailored to their individual needs. Your primary focus will be building trust and strong relationships during in-office consultations, discussing dental concerns, and helping patients select treatment plans that align with their goals and budget. You'll also explain procedures, provide financial guidance, and ensure patients feel confident and informed throughout their journey.

Duties
- Conduct patient consultations to assess dental needs and present tailored treatment options.
- Explain treatment procedures and their benefits, empowering patients to make informed decisions.
- Guide patients through financial planning, offering flexible payment options and assisting with monthly budgets.
- Manage patient communication via phone, email, and in-person, supporting undecided or delayed-treatment cases.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and seamless patient experience from start to finish.
- Track patient progress and maintain accurate records of consultations, treatment plans, and financial discussions.
- Stay open to feedback and apply standardized consultation techniques for continuous improvement.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment to promote a welcoming atmosphere.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with patients and staff.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in office management tasks, including scheduling and record-keeping.
- Experience in a dental office or sales role is preferred but not required—training is available for the right candidate.
- Adaptability and a willingness to embrace ongoing training and feedback.
