JOB SUMMARY Southern Devall is looking for an IT Manager with System Analyst experience in ERP’s such as GP, NAV, NetSuite, or Dynamics. The ideal candidate will have experience with SSRS reporting, SSIS, Okta, EntraID, Office 365, CrowdStrike, and Ninja RMM. While 80% of the job is related to the system analyst role, we expect 20% of the job to be dedicated to managing the helpdesk team through the current MSP. This includes helpdesk reporting, administration duties, etc. We are looking for a high-energy individual to help us enhance, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft GP, ERP application, while learning new technology to be able to handle bigger tasks.
KEY INTERACTIONS (INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL) Companywide staff and IT management, Southern Devall’s executive leadership, senior customer leadership, mariners, industry associations, and 3rd party support and consultants.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
•Work between departments and with major stakeholders to develop technical solutions that will optimize business processes
•Work with technical team to integrate appropriate 3rd party applications & modules (including Okta, EntraID, and CrowdStrike)
•Creating or Modifying reports using SSRS
•Providing analytics through SSRS and SSIS
•Conduct configuration & design of ERP system to better leverage the enterprise
•Advise and take ownership of GP processes
•Train end users and IT team to more effectively utilize our ERP
•Leverage systems through implementation of appropriate customizations
•Create reports using SQL & system tools & data extraction
•Act as a techno-functional resource & point of contact for company end users
•Work with major stakeholders to ensure technical solutions are successfully executed
•SQL Server Data Administration, Expansion, and Design
•Monitoring team performance and developing feedback reports for management
•Managing and supporting a team of help desk technicians
•Ensure seamless integration and security of user accounts via Okta and EntraID
•Oversee and manage Office 365 applications, configurations, and user setups
•Manage endpoint security and threat management using CrowdStrike
•Utilize Ninja RMM to monitor and maintain system health, performance, and security

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
•B.S. Computer Science, Information Technology preferred or related experience.
•3-5 years of business process development
•Experience in the maritime industry is a plus, but not necessary
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES The knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
•MS SQL Server & SSRS / Jet Reports Knowledge of GP, & SSRS Report Writing, required
•Experience with .NET, VB.Net, & C# preferred but not required
•Must have good skills in SSRS & SSIS
•Excellent leadership and people management skills.
•Familiar with ITSM and/or certified
•Interpersonal and communication skills; self-awareness and ability to deal with others using courtesy, tact, and good judgment. Must be service-oriented.
