Mon-Fri-8:00 am- 5:00 p.m.
(Must be on Call for emergencies)
Ft (salary negotiable)

Job description:
Performing routine and emergency repairs and maintenance in apartments and on apartment buildings and grounds. They address tenant requests, handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry issues, and ensure the property is kept in good condition. Responsibilities may include preparing vacant units, managing inventory, and potentially being on-call for after-hours emergencies.
HVAC certification preferred but not required.
Must be authorized to work in the US
Must have own transportation, some tools provided.
