Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. Duties

- Perform residential painting, ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair various systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Use tools such as an ohmmeter to diagnose electrical issues and interpret schematics for repairs.
- Assist in facilities maintenance tasks, including landscaping, cleaning, and general upkeep.
- Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and timelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to develop maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrate leadership skills by training new staff on maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and customers.
- Experience in residential painting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with logic controllers is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting purposes.
- Leadership experience is desirable for supervising projects and mentoring staff.
