We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, leasing agreements, and property maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance requirements.
- Oversee the leasing process, including advertising vacancies, screening applicants, and preparing lease agreements.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry for tenant files, contracts, and legal documents.
- Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff and contractors to address repair needs in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations and other applicable laws governing property management.
- Prepare reports on occupancy rates, rental income, and property performance for management review.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of LIHTC regulations is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective data entry and record keeping.
- Familiarity with legal administrative tasks related to property leasing and contract management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience in property maintenance is a plus.
- A strong understanding of relevant laws governing property management is essential.
