Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant / Sales Support Individual to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO / Owner. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Candidate must be comfortable making outbound calls and helping with sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients
- Manage CEO calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Assist in planning company events and meetings
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as needed
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
