We're seeking a Commercial Electrical Foreman who’s a proven leader in the field, with the skills to manage teams, ensure safety, and drive quality on every job site.

Your New Role As a Commercial Electrical Foreman, you will:

• Enforcing job site safety protocols like your life depends on it—because it does.
• Planning every detail of the project, managing materials, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Building relationships with customers and ensuring they’re thrilled with the results.
• Identify problems before they even arise and fix them without breaking a sweat.
• Organizing daily workflows and directing your team to victory, ensuring high-quality installs that meet code and safety standards.
• Walking the site to make sure everything’s up to code and up to our high standards.

• You’ve got 5 years of commercial electrical experience.
• You’ve got 6-10 years of leadership experience—managing teams and solving problems is second nature to you.
• You’re ready to step into a foreman role and lead projects with confidence.

• Journeyman’s license preferred, but not required.
• 5 years of relevant commercial electrical experience.
• 6-10 years of supervisory experience.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certifications, CPR/First Aid training, and lift training.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
