Your New Role As a Service Electrician, you will:
- Handle a variety of calls each day, showcasing your skills in installing, repairing, and maintaining residential electrical systems with precision.
- Engage directly with customers, not just to solve problems, but to suggest additional solutions, offer value-added services, and close sales on the spot.
- Master the tech side of things, from tracking job progress on your phone or tablet to handling payments.
- Participate in safety and sales meetings, keeping you sharp and ready to perform.
- Be a part of a rotating on-call schedule, ensuring our clients are covered no matter what.
- Earn $22 - $28/hour depending on experience, with performance-based bonuses.
