Job Overview : The Regional Business Developer Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving sales, and managing relationships with key clients, contractors, architects, and developers in the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. This position will focus on promoting and selling elevator products, installation services, and maintenance contracts, contributing to the growth of our market share.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the elevator industry, including commercial, residential, and industrial markets.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, increase market share, and expand the customer base for elevator products and services.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as contractors, property developers, architects, and building managers.
- Product Presentations & Demonstrations : Conduct product presentations, site visits, and demonstrations of elevator systems and solutions to prospective clients.
- Proposal & Bid Preparation : Prepare and deliver competitive proposals, quotes, and tenders in response to client inquiries and project requirements.
- Negotiation & Closing : Manage negotiations, provide cost-effective solutions, and close sales by securing contracts and agreements for elevator installations, modernization, and maintenance services.
