Job Overview : The Regional Business Developer Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving sales, and managing relationships with key clients, contractors, architects, and developers in the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. This position will focus on promoting and selling elevator products, installation services, and maintenance contracts, contributing to the growth of our market share.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the elevator industry, including commercial, residential, and industrial markets.
  • Sales Strategy : Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, increase market share, and expand the customer base for elevator products and services.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as contractors, property developers, architects, and building managers.
  • Product Presentations & Demonstrations : Conduct product presentations, site visits, and demonstrations of elevator systems and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Proposal & Bid Preparation : Prepare and deliver competitive proposals, quotes, and tenders in response to client inquiries and project requirements.
  • Negotiation & Closing : Manage negotiations, provide cost-effective solutions, and close sales by securing contracts and agreements for elevator installations, modernization, and maintenance services.
  • Project Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, project management, installation) to ensure timely and successful project execution.
  • Market Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales tactics and improve service offerings.
  • Sales Reporting : Track sales performance, provide forecasts, and report on sales activities and outcomes to senior management.
  • Customer Support : Address client concerns and resolve any issues related to products or services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the elevator or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of elevator systems, installation processes, maintenance services, and related technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and key decision-makers.
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to offer creative solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
