Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that services meet required specifications for quality.
- Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products and services.
- Communicates quality standards and parameters to team.
- Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.
- Review budgets and Profit and Loss sheets
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Work with department heads to create training programs
- Communicating with Hiring Managers to decide on qualifications for open or upcoming positions
- Train and onboard new members of the team
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Collaborate with management to complete necessary projects; work independently on prior delegated tasks
- Complete basic bookkeeping and record keeping duties
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
