Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and up-keeping visually appealing and user-friendly websites that enhance user experience and drive engagement. In addition, you would help to download and setup our custom CRM software on new computers and laptops.
This role requires a strong understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and digital design trends. The Web Designer will collaborate with developers and stakeholders to create effective e-commerce solutions and ensure seamless functionality across various platforms.
Duties
- Design and develop engaging website layouts that prioritize user experience and usability.
- Conduct user research to gather insights on user needs and preferences.
- Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and technologies related to web design.
- Set-up computer software on new computers and laptops for the company.
- Assist with managing all of our online platforms including: company website and company social media pages.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in web design or a related field with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in usability principles and user-centered design methodologies.
- Familiarity with interaction design concepts and best practices.
- Knowledge of website digital design tools and software, including Wix.
- Understanding of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Familiar with setting up computers and laptops with software
