The Repair/Warranty Punch Construction Technician is responsible for making final construction grade install or repairs of roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, columns, fascia, and/or soffits that meet quality standards.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Drive or travel to and from job sites.
- Install or repair roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, columns, fascia, and/or soffits as directed by management; ensure reasonable pace is maintained so jobs are completed in a timely manner.
- Install or repair each job using company-approved and quality-driven methods.
- Follow all applicable safety rules and guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate with customers with clarity and professionalism as needed.
- Work daily overtime as needed.
- Ensure all equipment and tools are in good working order. Report any damaged, broken, or faulty equipment or tools to management.
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in all related areas desired particularly in gutter repair/installation. General construction background may be considered depending on extent and type of experience.
- Willingness to travel for work up to 50% in a work week to TN.
- Must have previous experience using hand tools.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Ability to comprehend, construct, and interpret diagrams, and shop drawings for the task being done.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, hardworking, reliable, and safety conscious.
- Reliable transportation.
- Current and valid driver's license with driving record that meets company policy.
- Possess or willing to obtain/maintain DOT medical certificate.
- Ability to work regular overtime every week.
- Ability to work with both hands to grasp, move, or assemble objects of varying sizes and lengths. Use of fingers to grasp, move, or assemble very small objects.
- Willingness to work outside in all types of climates and weather conditions.
- Ability to be active for long periods without getting tired or out of breath.
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, squat, and/or reach out.
- Ability to walk/balance self on varying slopes of roofs; ability to climb ladders and use walk boards without fear of heights.
- Ability to consistently lift up to 20 pounds, frequently 50 pounds, and occasionally 100 pounds to unload materials and tools from work trucks and unroll roofing.
