Salary Range: $18.25 - $23.50
Position Summary:
The Energy Delivery Associate plays a vital role in the sales, delivery, and service of refined fuels, propane, and lubricants. This role ensures that products are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow sales of refined fuels, propane, and lubricants in the assigned territory.
- Provide excellent service by performing propane and refined fuel installations and repairs.
- Deliver energy products, including propane, refined fuels, and lubricants, to homes and businesses.
- Ensure compliance with safety codes by replacing outdated propane regulators.
- Maintain detailed records, including service orders and customer signatures.
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance and adhere to company standards.
- Support agronomy deliveries as needed.
- Handle customer service issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior route delivery or sales experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of energy products with the ability to sell and manage records effectively.
- Valid CDL license with tank and hazmat endorsements; must be insurable.
- Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol screenings.
- Completion of CETP training courses is required.
- Demonstrated professional communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
