Summary
The Order Processing Coordinator is a member of the Landmark Design team. This position facilitates approved CAD Landmark Design orders, from requests to processing orders to the shop floor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Promotes the Company’s mission and values-based culture through a positive interaction with our customer base, and an ultimate goal of creating unique play environments around the world.
- Qualify incoming project requests and review incoming order details.
- Ensure accuracy of orders by cross referencing layout drawings with equipment lists.
- Order and production reporting.
- To verify and approve CAD layouts for compliance and proper use of equipment.

Education and/or Experience
- Associate’s degree in drafting and design, or similar. Or two years of relevant experience.
Travel
- Minimal travel. Up to 10%
Language Skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence as well as be able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Reasoning Ability
- Must have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Computer Skills
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in AutoCAD, Inventor, and Microsoft Office. Adobe Suite is a plus.
