Southern Furniture Industries is seeking an experienced Production Sewing Technician to join our production team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality products are produced efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain 1/2 inch seam as required by quality standards
- Bundle and tie off completed sewn parts
- Place bundled completed parts in the rack for the filling department
Requirements:
- Experience working with sewing machines and fabric assembly
- Ability to read, understand and communicate the English language
- Personal protection equipment should be worn at all times within the department as well as throughout the plant where designated
