Roller Operator

This position is responsible for loading and rolling finished goods from production to warehouse or trailer. The ideal candidate will have basic reading and writing skills, be able to read and understand the English language, and have the ability to operate equipment such as a two wheel dolly and heat shrink gun.

Responsibilities:

• Learn daily production and load schedules
• Maintain clean and organized work area
• Assist others when necessary
• Perform any other duties assigned by management

Safety Responsibilities:

• Report any work related injury or illness immediately
• Keep the work area neat and free of hazards
• Wear required personal protective equipment at all times
• Ensure proper lifting techniques are used
• Inspect tools and protective equipment before use
• Participate in safety training and meetings
