Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated Project Coordinator with a strong administrative background to support our Project Management team. In this role, you’ll handle the behind-the-scenes coordination that keeps projects running smoothly—from documentation to communication, scheduling, and compliance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers and department leadership.
- Maintain and organize project records, including contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documents.
- Assist in preparing and distributing internal and external communications, including meeting minutes, status updates, and project logs.
- Track material orders, delivery schedules, and subcontractor documentation.
- Coordinate job file setup, updates, and compliance.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding items across project teams.
- Support office-related tasks such as scanning, data entry, and document formatting.
- Assist in submittal & closeout documents.
Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative project coordination role with familiarity of construction documentation, terminology, and construction office support is helpful but not required.
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented project support
- Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with construction software like Procore is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
