Position Summary:
The National Accounts Coordinator provides advanced, diversified and confidential administrative support requiring broad experience, skill and knowledge of organization and industry operations, and practices.
Daily/Position Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):
- Responsible for general office duties, including receiving, maintaining, and filing all National Account announcements
- Maintains monthly cost files and special program tracking for large chain accounts
- Creating, running, and maintaining reports
- Creates and coordinates written communication with sales representatives and suppliers
- Provides back-up support to administrative team and other office personnel as needed
Education/Experience:
Associate’s degree (A.S.) in Business Administration or related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years’ prior Administrative Assistant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Prior industry experience desired
Skills/Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize within a multi-tasking environment. Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet tight deadlines, as well as being able to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required. Must demonstrate intermediate level of proficiency within MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
