Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation package with expected first year total earnings of $98,800-135,750 / year. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.

Overview :
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and organizing systems, processes, and employees that define a scalable distribution network for materials and goods to support business and growth objectives.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Direct all aspects of the distribution operation including picking and packing, shipping and receiving, replenishment, production, returns, inventory control management, and maintenance of facilities.
- Establish, evaluate, and maintain performance standards for all areas of the warehouse that can be measured to ensure accountability and client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Provides leadership in cost reduction through continuous process improvements and automation to maintain and enhance margins to sustain profitability.
