Main Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships based on trust and understanding of their business needs.
- Identify opportunities for customer growth and develop targeted plans to increase sales revenue.
- Analyze data and insights to inform sales strategies and drive results.
- Visit customers regularly, capturing visit notes and building visit plans to ensure consistent progress towards objectives.
- Prioritize sales activities to achieve internal and supplier objectives, adapting approaches to meet individual customer needs.
- Maintain expertise in SGWS products, presenting and positioning them effectively in each account.
- Propose solutions to customers, winning sales using consultative selling skills.
- Manage issue resolution, provide valuable information and guidance, and support customer growth.
Minimum Requirements
- Analytical skills to understand data and leverage technology to perform duties.
- Ability to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals.
- Proficiency in using mobile devices and online communication techniques.
- Results-driven approach, taking responsibility for actions and delivering high-quality service.
- Effective communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
- A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED required; must be at least 21 years old.
Physical Demands
- Sitting, typing/keyboarding, walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping for extended periods.
- Driving throughout the day with segments up to 2 hours.
- Lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 56lbs.
