Job Summary
The Senior Quality Platform Engineer will design and implement robust frameworks that secure and govern data across platforms, ensuring compliance with company standards. This role involves developing tools for data validation, metadata management, and quality monitoring to maintain high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and traceability.
Key Responsibilities
Security Frameworks
- Design and Implement Security Frameworks to protect data from unauthorized access and breaches.
- Integrate Security Measures into data processing frameworks, including encryption, access controls, and auditing mechanisms.
- Evaluate and Address Security Vulnerabilities within the frameworks.
- Support Incident Response Frameworks to handle data breaches and other security incidents.
Data Governance Frameworks
- Develop Data Governance Policies and procedures.
- Create Tools for Metadata Management to ensure data is well-documented and easily accessible.
- Implement Data Lineage Tracking to ensure transparency and traceability.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders to ensure governance frameworks meet organizational needs.
Data Quality Frameworks
- Develop Data Quality Metrics and standards.
- Create Data Validation Tools to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Implement Data Cleansing Processes to remove inaccuracies and inconsistencies.
- Monitor Data Quality Metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- At least 7 years of experience in application development or comparable field
- Experience working on large complex technology projects, including those with offshore teams
- Strong analytical, mathematic, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to demonstrate Agile delivery values
