Job Description
The Warehouse Technician Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to warehouse operations, ensuring that all systems and equipment are functioning as intended. This role will serve as the initial point of contact for Tier 1 technical support, collaborating with other functional areas to identify opportunities for system integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to warehouse operations, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with equipment and systems
- Collaborate with other functional areas to identify opportunities for system integration and improvement
- Develop and maintain advanced processes for preventive maintenance, including predictive maintenance techniques
- Manage and maintain spare parts inventory, ensuring that systems are always ready for production
- Document and escalate issues to vendors and SGWS SCM support groups
