Overview
Responsible for collaborating with the business to develop and enhance standard processes, policies, and tools throughout the region.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in the deployment of corporately or regionally developed solutions to promote continuous improvement and the reduction of waste
- Leverage data and analytics to deliver insights and actionable optimization efforts
- Use Lean Six Sigma methodologies to originate and manage chartered projects, including the initial charter development, ongoing project team coordination, and overall project coordination
- Leverage problem solving and change management skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent, timing, and adoption
- Assist in the research and preparation for commercial acquisitions
- Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to all interested parties on the basics of lean processes and other project management skills and tools
- Create and maintain best practices to identify and incorporate cost-effective solutions
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Additional Primary Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree plus five years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior project management, training, and supervisory experience
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to self-direct
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Beverage supplier experience
- Change Management certification
- Commercial Analytics experience

- Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine
- Physical demands with activity or condition may include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
- May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
