Overview
As the Manager of Digital Operations, you will play a crucial role in transforming the way Southern Glazer’s customers, suppliers, sales, and service organizations interact through digital experiences. Reporting to a Digital Operations Director, you will ensure that high-value digital experiences seamlessly integrate with and support broader company functions and priorities. You will work closely with counterparts in product, marketing, sales, and customer service to operationalize and maximize the value created for users and the enterprise
Primary Responsibilities
Lead and influence stakeholders to define customer problems, understand business needs, and navigate cross-company prioritization on behalf of the portfolio
Collaborate internally to identify and represent business process changes needed to enable better digital experiences
Drive continuous improvement through innovative solutions and agile methodologies, ensuring the organization stays ahead of industry trends
Ensure efficient and effective integration of digital tools and processes across teams to boost sales and market share
Support the end-to-end implementation of digital product work by managing risks and evangelizing with internal stakeholders
Additional Primary Responsibilities
Focus on delivering exceptional user experiences through tailored digital solutions that meet the unique needs of each stakeholder
Identify opportunities to bring consistent best practices across all markets’ digital experiences and related processes
Develop and understand health metrics and key result input metrics to help prioritize the most impactful work across product, market, and process support team
Leverage data and market intelligence to make informed decisions that optimize digital initiatives and enhance user journeys
Forge robust partnerships with internal teams and strategic suppliers to ensure a unified digital vision and seamless integration of strategies
Minimum Qualifications
3 - 5 years within hospitality or beverage alcohol, preferably in a digital strategy and operations environment with exposure to B2B sales
Ability to lead moderately complex projects
Ability to guide a cross-functional team
Ability to implement strategies that align with business objectives
Experience with agile methodologies tailored to B2B eCommerce is beneficial
