This role requires a dynamic and strategic professional who excels in business development, community engagement, and referral cultivation to ensure that patients and families receive exceptional hospice care.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen referral partnerships with hospitals, physicians, and senior care providers to increase hospice admissions.
- Educate healthcare professionals and the community on hospice services, eligibility, and benefits through presentations and outreach.
- Expand market presence by attending health fairs, networking events, and community functions to promote Southern Grace Hospice.
- Conduct market analysis to assess industry trends, identify new business opportunities, and implement strategic sales plans.
- Ensure compliance with all hospice marketing regulations, HIPAA, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support seamless patient transitions and quality care.
- Track and report performance metrics, maintaining accountability for referral growth and business development goals.
