Southern Green Lawn Care and Gold Star Irrigation are growing, and we need your help to do so. We are looking for an individual who takes pride in assisting current customers with their needs as well as helping to bring new customers on board. All while working in a relaxed, casual work atmosphere. 2 or more years of experience in customer service is a MUST. We've been in the business for 25 plus years and would love for you to join us while we continue to grow.
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and empathy. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone or email, resolving customer issues in a timely manner, and providing accurate information about our products and services.
Currently, we are looking for someone to help us out for about 40 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate personnel.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Scheduling of services
- Experience in using the online application PestPac or Service Titan as well as working in the chemical lawn care or irrigation industry is a plus, but not necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
