What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laborer position at Southern Gulf Solutions?
Applicants should have experience and reliable transportation. Laborer responsibilities include but are not limited to the list below. (Other duties may be assigned)
- Cleans work areas, tools, equipment, materials etc.
- Lifts, carries, and holds building materials, tools, and supplies.
- Digs, spreads, and levels dirt and gravel, using pick, rake, and shovel.
- Work with other workers in a cooperative manner.
- General labor work.
Additionally, the applicant should be familiar with construction industry safety standards and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment. Competitive wages depending on experience. Full-time employees are eligible for health benefits, paid time off and holidays after 90-day orientation period. Drug screen, and criminal background check required.
