Correctional Mental Health Services Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Provider to deliver vital mental health services to inmates within a county jail system. The ideal candidate will possess either a master's degree in counseling or social work. About the Position:

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of inmates' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group counseling services.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in counseling or social work.
• Current licensure (LPC, MSW, etc.).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to cultural competence.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in psychiatric nursing (for Registered Nurses).
• Experience working with diverse patient populations and diagnoses.
