As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Southern Health Partners, you will provide patient care in a correctional facility, administering medications and evaluating patient health under state guidelines. This role requires integrity, teamwork, and critical thinking to ensure effective treatment and patient safety.
A dedicated healthcare professional, you will deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress of patients, chart results, establish nursing plans and work under the boundaries of State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, and Physician/Provider(s).
You will administer prescribed medications in accordance with nursing standards & correctional regulations, follow through with established treatment plans, perform emergency intervention, physical assessment and critical thinking.

Duties Include:
- Deliver patient care and evaluate patient health under state guidelines.
