Key Responsibilities: As an LPN Nurse with Southern Health Partners, your key responsibilities will include providing patient care, evaluating symptoms, reactions, and progress of patients, charting results, establishing nursing plans, and working under the boundaries of State Scope of Practice and Guidelines. You will also administer prescribed medications in accordance with nursing standards and correctional regulations, follow through with established treatment plans, perform emergency intervention, physical assessment, and critical thinking.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a current LPN license, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. You should also be able to work effectively in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
