Job Description
As a registered nurse with Southern Health Partners, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality patient care, evaluating symptoms, reactions, and progress of patients, charting results, establishing nursing plans, and working under the boundaries of State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, and Physician/Provider(s). You will also administer prescribed medications in accordance with nursing standards and correctional regulations.
