About the Position
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in a correctional setting. The successful candidate will have the ability to provide patient-centered care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care and administer medications according to established guidelines
- Evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress of patients
- Chart results and establish nursing plans
- Work under the boundaries of State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, and Physician/Provider(s)
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state
- Experience as a Registered Nurse in a correctional or similar setting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
