As a TA/Recruiting Manager (i.e., Manager of Workforce Development) at SHCM, you will be an integral part of the Corp. HR management team, responsible for managing the recruiting program and helping to build and develop the workforce for a multi-location long-term care and short-term rehabilitation organization. The ideal candidate will possess the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to serve all levels of the organization as the recruiting subject matter expert, manage recruiting campaigns and budgets, and lead the field HR Generalists and hiring managers for success. Responsibilities include:
- Training field HR Generalists and hiring managers to establish effective recruiting programs in their centers.
- Assisting field HR Generalists and hiring managers with developing recruiting strategies and supporting implementation.
- Encouraging centers to diversify their recruiting efforts by recommending attendance at job fairs, using Indeed Resume Database, posting jobs on handshake.com, and developing partnerships with local career centers, colleges and universities, and other community entities for pipelining talent.
- Managing all Indeed campaigns and budgets, including monitoring analytics on ad visibility and performance from impression through click-through-apply.
- Managing all recruiting marketing and branding, including branding of all Indeed Company pages, creation of recruitment posts on Facebook, and working with Marketing to create flyers and digital media as needed.
- Providing education to department hiring managers and Corporate leaders on recruiting and retention best practices.
- Developing trainings and presenting in both in-person and virtual settings.
- Maintaining a library of training resources on HR SharePoint.
- Full-cycle recruiting for Corporate positions and senior leadership field positions.
This role is physically based at our Corporate headquarters in Casselberry, FL, however may occasionally travel to centers or for training meetings, up to 10%. Hybrid work scheduling may be available after the initial training and development period.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or related field preferred, or the equivalent in applied work experience.
- Five (5 ) years of Human Resources, Recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience preferred.
- Full-cycle Recruiting experience required with two (2 ) years Senior Recruiter Talent Acquisition Manager or Consultant, or Workforce Development Consultant experience preferred.
- Prior healthcare recruiting experience with experience recruiting direct care, licensed professionals (i.e, Nursing Aides, LPNs, RNs, and Rehabilitation Therapists) strongly preferred. Long-Term Care Recruiting experience a plus.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS required. UltiPro UKG and UKG Recruiting Gateway a plus.
- Experience working in Indeed.com as a detached recruiting system preferred.
- PHR, HCI or SHRM Talent Acquisition or other HR / TA Certification a plus.
- Valid driver's license in good standing required, with ability to travel up to 10%
