Job description
Staffing Coordinator will identify company staffing needs and work with the Human Resource Department to effectively recruit and hire qualified personnel. Must have the ability to work independently and as a team to staff multiple clients. Must be an excellent communicator and problem solver, have the ability to build relationships with both clients and personnel, and support the common goals of the office.
You must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm NO WEEKENDS!

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and field personnel.
- Actively manage field personnel to maximize hours worked.
- Effectively communicate with clients, field personnel and office staff.
- Maintain knowledge of current state regulations for providing homecare services.
- Provide complete and adequate documentation.
- Complete other clerical duties as requested and assigned.
- Salary: $14.00 per hour with raise to $16.00 after 90 days with satisfactory evaluation.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities.
- Ability to prioritize work independently.
- 1 year experience.
- Ability to learn software utilized by the company.
- Excellent data entry skills.
