Job Summary and Qualifications

The Utility Worker is primarily responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The employee must follow all County, State and Regulatory agency guidelines. Employee must demonstrate how to properly wash and sanitize kitchen utensils and correctly maintain floor surfaces for sanitation purposes. Appropriate documentation for sanitation of kitchen utensils is required daily. The Utility Worker may be assigned to other duties such as serving food to customers or working on the tray line to help support the needs of department.

• Either of the following Licenses are required:
• Clark County Food Handlers Card OR ServSafe Food Protection Manager
• Previous Janitorial or Pot/Dish Washing Experience Preferred
• Culinary Certificates a plus but not required
• ServSafe Certification a plus but not required
