This role is essential in delivering a seamless experience for our guests and homeowners by conducting inspections, identifying maintenance issues, and ensuring each home is presented in pristine condition.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough property inspections before guest arrivals and after departures
- Check for cleanliness, damage, and maintenance issues, reporting any concerns promptly
- Verify that all property amenities (appliances, electronics, pools, hot tubs, etc.) are in working order
- Ensure home staging and presentation align with luxury standards
- Document inspection findings with photos and detailed notes in the company’s system
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services teams to resolve any issues quickly
- Assist in inventory checks for household supplies and linens
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests, vendors, and team members
- Previous experience in property inspection, housekeeping, or vacation rental management preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of home maintenance and cleaning standards
- Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools for reporting inspections
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours, including holidays as needed
