Your primary goal will be to hit and exceed a weekly quota of three sales, showcasing your ability to build rapport with homeowners and deliver exceptional customer service.
This is a performance-based role offering a starting salary of $30,000, with full benefits and a mileage stipend. Success during the initial 4-week probationary period (meeting quota and production goals) is required to secure long-term placement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales of Brinks Home Security systems and services to homeowners.
- Achieve and exceed a weekly sales quota of 3 sales per week.
- Present and explain product features and benefits, tailoring solutions to meet homeowners needs.
